We are closed on the following holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 1, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thurs/Friday, 1/2 day Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, 1/2 day New Year's Eve.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
• We ship UPS, FedEx, Priority Mail, and First Class Mail (small low value package only) in the USA. In the USA PO Box Address' have to go Priority Mail. Outside USA we use the Postal Service, UPS Expedite or FedEx.  Where possible will we ship small packages first class mail and reduce the shipping cost.
• Shipping outside the USA is based on weight and size of the package and is not reflected on your order confirmation.
• Shipping within the 48 Contiguous States is generally based on the chart below, but large packages, over-sized packages, heavy packages, and rural routes may require additional shipping which will be charged when the order ships.
• International Shipping charges will be added after order is placed.  International shipping is based on weight and size of the package.  We will compare options and send International Shipments the most economical way.

But instruments, cases, stands, tonewood usually require extra shipping which is based on weight. 

When ordering from Puerto Rico please choose Puerto Rico as the country, even though it's United States. Thanks!
